I operate the Spawnly platform ("Spawnly", "I", "me" or "my"). This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use and protect your data when you use the Service.

I use your data to:

• provide the Service, generate code, save projects and manage credits;
• improve the Service, analyse usage patterns, fix bugs and develop features;
• maintain security, detect fraud, prevent abuse and protect users;
• send account notifications and respond to support requests; and
• comply with legal obligations.

I process your data to perform my contract with you (providing the Service), for legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention and usage analysis) and to comply with legal obligations.

In line with the Roblox policies for third-party developer apps:

• I do not sell your personal data.
• I do not use your prompts or code to train AI models.
• I do not share your data with advertisers.
• I do not use third-party profiling services.

I use the following third-party services to operate Spawnly:

I use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to store your settings. Stripe may also set cookies on checkout pages for fraud prevention. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Account data is stored for as long as your account is active. You can sign out of your account at any time. Spawnly does not currently offer a self-service account deletion feature.

I may retain anonymised and aggregated data for analytics. Individual data may be kept longer where required by law.

Depending on applicable data protection law, your rights include:

• Access: request a copy of your data.
• Export: download your projects and generated code.
• Correction: have inaccurate information updated.
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Complaint: lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Spawnly is available only to users aged 13 and over, as enforced through Roblox OAuth. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If I discover that data from a child under 13 has been collected, I will take the steps required under applicable law.

I use appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and secure storage. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Spawnly is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. I apply the safeguards described in this policy regardless of where data is processed.

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of Spawnly after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
