Terms of Service for Spawnly

By accessing or using Spawnly (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. I operate Spawnly as an individual at spawnlyai.com. Where these Terms say "I", "me" or "my", this refers to the operator of Spawnly.

By using Spawnly you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and me only, and not with Roblox Corporation.
• Spawnly is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
• Roblox Corporation takes no responsibility or liability for your use of Spawnly.
• Roblox Corporation has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Spawnly.
• You waive all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses against Roblox Corporation arising out of or in connection with your use of Spawnly.
• "Roblox" and related marks are the property of Roblox Corporation. Your use of Spawnly is also subject to the Roblox Terms of Use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Spawnly. This requirement is enforced through Roblox OAuth authentication. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Spawnly uses Roblox OAuth for authentication. I receive your Roblox user ID, username and display name. You are responsible for the security of your Roblox account. I am not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a lack of protection on your side.

I grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Spawnly for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Spawnly uses artificial intelligence to generate Luau code and UI components. The AI includes a built-in self-debugging capability that detects and corrects most errors on its own. A small residual chance of errors remains. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated output may contain errors, bugs or inaccuracies despite self-debugging.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing and validating all generated code before using it.
• I do not guarantee that generated code is secure, functional or fit for any particular purpose.
• You assume all risk associated with using AI-generated content in your Roblox games.

Your content: You retain ownership of all prompts you submit and all code generated through the Service. You may use your generated code for any lawful purpose, including commercial Roblox games.

My service: I retain all rights in the Spawnly platform, including my software, branding and underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in the Service to you.

In line with the Roblox policies for third-party developer apps:

• I do not sell your data.
• I do not use your prompts or generated code to train AI models.
• Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

Spawnly runs on a credit-based system:

• Free accounts can use the Service with limited AI actions per message.
• Paid subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Ultra) include a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing cycle.
• Subscription credits are non-refundable and do not roll over to the next billing period.
• One-time credit packs can be purchased separately and never expire.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of your current period.
• I reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or credit pack you agree to Stripe's terms. Your payment details are not stored by me.

Cryptocurrency payments may be made via Cryptomus. Crypto transactions are final and cannot be reversed. No refunds are given for crypto purchases.

Spawnly may not be used for:

• Generating malicious code, exploits or scripts designed to harm Roblox users or games.
• Violating the Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Engaging in illegal activity of any kind.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service.
• Abusing the Service through automated tools.
• Using the Service if you are a direct competitor of Spawnly, or for competitive analysis, benchmarking or building a competing product.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. My total liability is limited to the amounts you paid me in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or your violation of third-party rights.

You may stop using Spawnly at any time by simply no longer signing in. Self-service account deletion inside the Service is not currently available. If you want your account and data fully deleted, contact me at spawnlyai@yahoo.com.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at my discretion. On termination your right to use the Service ends and any remaining credits on your account expire. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers and limitations of liability) remain in effect.

I may update these Terms from time to time. I will notify you of material changes by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
